Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with ATM maintenance and vault operations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
