Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, checks, and deposits.
- Build relationships with customers by providing excellent service and answering inquiries regarding bank products.
- Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking policies to clients.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products to meet branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters.
- Basic math skills and ability to count cash quickly and correctly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the branch schedule.
- Willingness to obtain necessary banking licenses and certifications.
