Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Operate cash drawers, ATMs, and banking equipment per company protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking
- Adhere to strict security procedures for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily reconciliation reports
- Participate in ongoing training to master new systems and regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
- Proficient with basic office technology (PC, calculator, scanners)
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Valid CA driver's license (if required for branch transfers)
