Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with provided equipment
- Operate cash drawers and transaction terminals per bank protocols
- Identify and resolve basic customer inquiries using provided resources
- Assist with ATM operations and branch security procedures
- Participate in ongoing training sessions with provided learning materials
- Maintain accurate transaction records using provided banking software
- Support branch operations as assigned by senior staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling aptitude
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to operate provided electronic equipment (touchscreens, scanners)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to Durham location
