Responsibilities
- Master bank-provided equipment including cash drawers, check scanners, and digital transaction systems
- Process customer transactions with accuracy while adhering to security protocols
- Deliver exceptional service to diverse clientele in a high-volume environment
- Learn and implement fraud detection techniques using provided monitoring tools
- Contribute to branch goals through cross-training in teller equipment operations
- Participate in monthly equipment proficiency assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to quickly learn bank-provided technology systems
- Reliable transportation to our Kansas City training center
- Must pass background check and equipment operation certification
- No prior banking experience required—equipment training provided
