Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers using bank-provided equipment
- Verify account details, balances, and documentation following security protocols
- Assist with resolving basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily reconciliation reports
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal procedures
- Support cross-functional tasks such as new account openings and loan application assistance
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to operate computer systems and bank-provided equipment
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance
- Willingness to complete background check and fingerprinting
- Previous cash handling experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
