Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy
- Operate bank equipment (cash drawers, scanners, security systems) provided by the bank
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records daily
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop banking expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling aptitude
- Strong customer service orientation
