Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) using provided banking equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate account records
- Operate cash drawers and ATMs with precision and accountability
- Assist with marketing bank products and services to clients
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking systems and procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate provided banking equipment (cash drawers, scanners, etc.)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
