Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a superior level of customer service and support.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including opening and closing the lobby.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for Trainee positions.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation to work.
