Responsibilities
- Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments for customers.
- Greet customers with a smile and resolve inquiries regarding accounts, balances, and products.
- Open new checking and savings accounts, explaining features and terms clearly.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell our suite of financial products to existing clients.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Adhere to all federal and state banking regulations and internal compliance policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check (as applicable to banking role).
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
