Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to meet their banking needs.
- Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance for existing clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash balances.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the Trainee role.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
