Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Assist in maintaining the teller line and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Learn and operate teller software and banking equipment under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory for Trainees.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy with numbers.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
