Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with a focus on accuracy and strict compliance.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries, explaining complex banking products in simple terms.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash balancing, and maintaining ATM functionality.
- Identify sales and cross-sell opportunities to meet branch goals and help customers achieve their financial objectives.
- Learn and adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
