Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Open new accounts and assist in cross-selling bank products and services.
- Maintain the vault and cash drawers with strict accuracy and security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Perform daily reconciliation of teller drawers and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
