What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their overall banking experience.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and contribute to branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace while adhering to all bank security and compliance policies.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and resolving account issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not required for qualified trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and a credit check.
