Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to 50+ daily clients while resolving inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance procedures
- Train on digital banking platforms and self-service technologies
- Participate in branch security protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hours)
