Responsibilities
- Master transaction processing (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative service and problem resolution
- Execute cash management procedures including vault balancing and ATM replenishment
- Adhere to BSA/AML regulations and security protocols during all operations
- Utilize core banking systems (Fiserv, Jack Henry) for transaction processing and account inquiries
- Participate in virtual training modules covering financial products and compliance
- Support branch initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with commercial and wealth teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency in digital banking platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass FBI background check and credit verification
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings
- Self-directed learner capable of remote training compliance
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site rotations
