Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the teller line, processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Assist customers with account inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and product referrals
- Learn and master digital banking platforms to support customer transitions
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop banking expertise
- Contribute to a positive branch environment through teamwork and collaboration
- Support cross-functional banking operations as needed during training
Qualifications
- No prior banking experience required – we train all our tellers!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
