Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients in-person and via phone
- Learn and adhere to strict banking compliance and security protocols
- Assist with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
- Identify opportunities to cross-simplify bank products
