Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service while answering inquiries about accounts and bank services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with ATM operations and night vault services as needed
Qualifications
