Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with provided equipment
- Operate cash drawers, scanners, and security systems as part of training
- Assist customers with account inquiries and digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Uphold strict security protocols using branch-provided safety equipment
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking systems
- Support branch operations as directed by senior staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work with provided cash handling equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy with transactions
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Pass background check and fingerprinting (equipment provided)
- Willingness to learn proprietary banking software
