- Build client relationships by identifying financial needs and promoting bank products
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions following strict compliance protocols
- Collaborate with senior staff to resolve client inquiries and service issues
- Participate in weekly virtual coaching sessions and branch shadowing opportunities
Qualifications
