Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict reconciliation procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and complaints
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Learn and adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and documentation processing

Qualifications
