Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, resolving inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions following strict protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security policies, and anti-fraud measures
- Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and confidential customer records
- Complete all training modules and assessments within the 8-week program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
