Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions using bank-provided equipment (cash drawers, scanners, security systems)
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through professional communication
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and account activities
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Assist with account openings and basic financial product inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Participate in ongoing training to develop banking expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (equipment provided for ergonomic support)
- No prior banking experience necessary
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
