Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients and resolve account inquiries
- Sell bank products/services (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Balance cash drawer and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Learn and master digital banking platforms and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
- Participate in daily branch operations and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
