Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual customer service via secure remote channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with financial regulations
- Train on digital banking platforms and assist customers with mobile/online banking
- Cross-sell basic bank products while maintaining customer trust
- Participate in remote training modules and virtual team meetings
- Complete daily branch operational tasks with attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math aptitude and cash handling experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to thrive in hybrid work environment
- Proficient with technology and willingness to learn banking software
- Ability to pass background check and NMLS registration
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality preferred)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during remote training
