Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Train on digital banking tools and cross-sell services
- Participate in ongoing skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Must pass background check and credit check
- Valid CA driver's license (if applicable to branch needs)
