Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to 30+ daily clients across diverse backgrounds
- Actively promote bank products/services to meet monthly goals
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently using our digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies
- Participate in ongoing training modules to enhance financial knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash/financial transactions
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking software
