Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build trust through personalized service while identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Operate multi-channel banking systems including ATMs and digital platforms
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Contribute to branch goals through proactive customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn banking software
- Attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality
- Customer service mindset and problem-solving aptitude
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (1-2 days/month)
