- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients via phone, email, and in-branch
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Participate in remote training modules and virtual team meetings
- Support branch operations through administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
