Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Operate bank-provided equipment (cash drawers, scanners, ATMs)
- Provide exceptional service to bank customers
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
- Adhere to bank security protocols and compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Assist with marketing bank products and services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- No prior banking experience necessary
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Proficient in using banking equipment (training provided)
- Valid NJ driver's license preferred
