Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries and recommending appropriate banking services
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance procedures including BSA/AML guidelines
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports meticulously
- Support branch operations through cross-functional training in loans and wealth management
- Contribute to branch sales goals by identifying opportunities for product upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
