Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Assist with ATM operations and lobby management during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing training to develop banking expertise and compliance knowledge
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions securely
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
