Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at all branches
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict security protocols
- Upsell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Learn and utilize advanced banking technology and software
- Adhere to all federal banking regulations and compliance standards
- Train in branch operations procedures and cash handling best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling aptitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
