Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Assist clients with account inquiries, check cashing, and basic product information
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions per bank protocols
- Uphold strict security procedures for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Build positive customer relationships through exceptional service and problem resolution
