- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Open and manage checking/savings accounts while adhering to KYC regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding balances, fees, and digital banking services
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain strict cash drawer accountability and daily reconciliation
- Uphold security protocols and fraud prevention standards
- Collaborate with branch managers to achieve monthly service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
