Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and basic problem resolution
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud measures
- Actively promote bank services and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

- Tennessee banking license (provided during training)
