Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with financial regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and promoting bank products
- Learn and implement fraud detection protocols to safeguard customer accounts
- Assist with branch operations including lobby management and document processing
- Participate in ongoing training to develop expertise in banking software and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business preferred
