Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service while identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Adhere to strict banking regulations (BSA, AML, Reg CC)
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with new account openings and basic product inquiries
- Maintain organized customer records and transaction logs
- Participate in ongoing compliance training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Proficiency with basic office technology
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license
