Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to bank security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist clients with basic financial product inquiries
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank services and refer clients to specialists
- Resolve routine customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain organized records and comply with all banking regulations
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance banking knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, point-of-sale systems)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
