Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation reports
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products/services
- Adhere to bank security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Learn and utilize banking software and digital platforms
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in transaction processing
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Must pass background check and credit verification
