Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Learn and execute new banking products and services, including mobile banking and online account management.
- Ensure the security of cash drawers and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- Assist in identifying cross-selling opportunities to help clients maximize their banking experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to handle cash and perform complex calculations accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
