Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller line.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and balance the teller drawer at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and refer complex issues to specialists.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the lobby and service counters.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance is a plus.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not required for trainees.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional high pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
