Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service solutions
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions while adhering to security protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive rapport
- Contribute to branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Master digital banking platforms and assist customers with online/mobile services
- Participate in ongoing training to expand financial knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail in cash handling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Unblemished background check and ability to pass TEGSY screening
