Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build trust through exceptional service while resolving account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records daily
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans) to customers
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Train on digital banking tools and assist customers with mobile apps
- Collaborate with branch managers to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
