Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Master cash drawer balancing and daily reconciliation procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial guidance
- Learn and cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans)
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols (BSA/AML, Reg E)
