Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Operate bank-provided equipment (cash drawers, ATMs, security systems)
- Resolve client inquiries using digital banking platforms and branch resources
- Adhere to regulatory compliance protocols (AML, BSA, security procedures)
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily reconciliation reports
- Participate in quarterly equipment proficiency assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math proficiency with attention to detail
- Ability to operate provided banking technology (no prior experience required)
- Customer service mindset with conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to complete paid banking certification program
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided ergonomic equipment
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
