Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Assist with account openings and service inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security procedures
- Provide responsive customer support via in-person and digital channels

Qualifications
