Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at teller window and via digital channels
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to all compliance regulations and security protocols
- Assist with ATM operations and lobby services
- Participate in ongoing training modules and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
